Personal Training Services
These truly private sessions allow me to focus solely on you.
If you want to progress quickly (and safely), Personal Coaching is the way to go. Sometimes you want more personal attention than an instructor can give you in a larger group class - you could be recovering from an injury, want to go at your own gentler or harder pace, perfect your technique before joining a group, or have individual fitness / nutritional goals that are best met with one-on-one work with your coach.
We'll work closely together to set and achieve your personal goals; whether those involve losing weight, building muscle strength and endurance, or increasing mobility, flexibility and balance.

For optimal results, I recommend two or three 45-60 minute sessions per week. This will help ensure that you stay motivated and accountable - both are essential to achieving long-term results.

You can choose to have your sessions purely focused on fitness and/or nutrition.
​
BODY CORE workouts incorporate bodyweight training as well as a variety of equipment to provide the ultimate results: TRX body weight suspension straps, battle rope, kettlebells, sliders, agility ladders, stability balls, resistance bands, dumbbells & barbells, pulley machines, and cardio machines.

If you want to bring a friend or two along for a personal training session, or if you want to book a package of sessions, this can be arranged (with a pricing reduction).

Deluxe Body Combo
This 1.25 hour session includes a 45 minute metabolic blast personal training session with Maree, PLUS 15 minutes of trainer-facilitated stretching (for a deeper release) AND 15 minutes of nutrition coaching and body measurements.

Maree recognizes that everyone is unique and will customize the session for you.

Balanced Body
This 60 minute session incorporates elements of tai chi, yoga and pilates to leave you feeling not only stronger and more supple, but better balanced, calm and centred. You'll leave this session with a smile and a sense of well-being.
